Torsten Greif

Torsten Greif is a German entrepreneur and business leader with a strong track record across multiple industries, including real estate, renewable energy, gaming, and medical cannabis. He began his career in the insurance industry, gaining experience in sales, distribution, and product management, as well as working at Deloitte in Germany. Later he shifted toward entrepreneurship and investment, co-founding and building several companies. In 2018, Mr. Greif co-founded Four 20 Pharma GmbH in Paderborn, Germany, and in 2021, he assumed joint operational leadership together with a co-founder, driving the company’s growth and stability. A year later, Curaleaf acquired a 55% stake in Four 20 Pharma, marking a major milestone in the European medical cannabis sector. Mr. Greif studied at the University of Paderborn and Northwood University (Michigan, USA), earning his B.B.A., and an MBA in Corporate Strategy & Economic Policy at the Maastricht School of Management in 2004.
