Kate Lynch

Kate Lynch has over 16 years of experience in product commercialization, and brand, consumer, and product marketing, including 9 years in the cannabis industry. Currently serving as EVP of Marketing, Kate has assumed increasing levels of responsibility in different roles at Curaleaf in her past 5 years with the company. Previously, she was VP of Commercialization, where she built a best-in-class commercialization process and team, and she was also VP of Marketing for Curaleaf Hemp. Before joining Curaleaf, Kate held several senior-level positions at Columbia Care, where she built and led the marketing organization, and Eastern Mountain Sports, where she ran product, retail, and digital marketing for their chain of 68 retail store.
