Mr. Hara is an accomplished C-Suite Executive, Investment Banker, Investor and Advisor with over 30 years of experience operating in dynamic and disruptive environments in Cannabis, Consumer Products, Retail & e-Commerce, and is a seasoned strategist and dealmaker on Wall Street. Most recently, Mr. Hara served as Head of M&A and Business Development at Clever Leaves International. As Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. Hara will focus on strategically bolstering and expanding our footprint in all areas of Business Development, Innovation Research & Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Real Estate, and our business enterprises internationally.
